OUR MISSION

To provide community based vocational training, transitional employment services, job placement and mentoring to the general and disabled population

   

The purposes of this Association are

  • To promote the general welfare of the disabled of all ages, at home, in the community in institutions, and in public, private, and religious schools.

  • To advise and aid parents in the solution of their problems and to coordinate their efforts and activities.

  • Stimulate other agencies to provide services for the disabled within the framework of their responsibility.

  • To serve locally as a vehicle for gathering and giving out information regarding the disabled.

  • To establish, maintain, and operate for educational, training, and rehabilitative services and programs.

This association is a non-profit, non-political, non-sectarian organization. No part of any net earnings shall inure to the benefit of any member or individual, and no officer or director of the Association shall receive compensation for his services as an officer.
